Bas has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy and people. He has led client organizations, driven digital transformations and worked across sectors and cultures, always with the same underlying question: what really needs to happen here, and what is in the way?
He joined 1for2 as a partner because he shares the conviction that the human dimension determines whether organizations succeed or fail. Not policy. Not processes. People, and whether they feel safe, capable and truly supported.
He holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and is a certified BrainCompass analyst.
Bas is based in Rotterdam and regularly travels to the Caribbean for client work and the development of the Caribbean Center of Excellence.

Joins Liion Power as fractional advisor, supporting start-up founders in accelerating growth. Steps in as partner at 1for2 for commercial growth and operations; develops and delivers AI-driven content and GTM strategy.
