Pascal has spent his career in environments where communication is the difference between resolution and catastrophe. As a certified crisis and hostage negotiation specialist and accredited international mediator, he has worked in situations where the margin for error is zero.

That experience shapes everything about how he works. He is calm under pressure, precise with language, and deeply skilled at reading what is happening beneath the surface of a conflict. Organizations that bring him in are usually dealing with something that has already escalated — and they need someone who knows how to slow it down without losing ground.

Beyond crisis work, Pascal is an accredited mediator with broad experience in organizational disputes, leadership conflicts, and cross-cultural negotiations. He co-leads the 1for2 Caribbean Center of Excellence, where his understanding of island culture, governance under pressure, and small-community dynamics is invaluable.

Pascal is based in The Hague, The Netherlands, and works, remote, he travels internationally, and frequently is in Asia and the Caribbean.
