Rainier Koers is a certified BrainCompass practitioner and a core member of the 1for2 Social Innovation team. He works at the intersection of leadership development and organisational behaviour — using the BrainCompass model to help leaders and teams develop genuine self-knowledge and work together more effectively.

Rainier brings a grounded, relational approach to his work — building trust with clients and creating conditions in which difficult conversations become productive ones. Within the 1for2 Community of Practice, he contributes actively to the group’s shared learning and ongoing development of the model’s application.

Certified BrainCompass Practitioner

Rainier is accredited by BrainCompass B.V. and applies the model in individual coaching, team effectiveness work and leadership programmes. His certification covers all four layers of the BrainCompass model — Genetic, Social, Personal and Professional Drivers — and he uses them in an integrated way, always connecting behavioural insight to the specific context and challenge of the organisation.
