For Employees

Great to see you here!

If you’ve landed on this page, you’re probably looking to contact an External Confidential Counselor. Perhaps you’ve experienced something troubling or witnessed something that wasn’t right. Read on to find out how to reach the External Confidential Counselor and how we can assist you.

Did you know that more than 13% of employees in the Netherlands experience unwanted behavior from colleagues or supervisors? Unwanted behavior can range from discrimination, bullying, aggression, and (sexual) harassment to integrity violations like fraud or theft. Sometimes, these issues fall under whistleblower regulations, such as severe environmental pollution, money laundering, or employee exploitation.

Your organization places great importance on ensuring you have access to support in these situations. That’s why they have partnered with 1for2 Social Innovation to be there for you. Whether you’ve experienced unwanted behavior, witnessed it, or suspect inappropriate conduct, it’s essential to report it. Even if you’ve crossed the line yourself, we are here to guide you. We don’t judge; instead, we offer a listening ear and help you improve the situation at work.

Contacting the Confidential Counselor

As an employee, you can report serious issues confidentially or anonymously. We ensure that every report is handled with care. If there are reports from the affected person and the person who may have acted inappropriately, we ensure the same Confidential Counselor never handles these reports. This guarantees the confidentiality and impartiality of our service.

Confidential and Anonymous Reporting

Through the external reporting portal, you can easily and securely report unwanted, unethical, or illegal behavior. This portal is specifically designed to protect your privacy, ensuring that you or your colleagues do not remain in an uncomfortable or dangerous situation longer than necessary. The reporting portal connects you directly with an External Confidential Counselor.

You can make your report confidentially, providing your name and contact details, or completely anonymously. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality and security by our trained and certified Confidential Counselors. What you share with us remains between us unless you permit to share it with others.
