Rainier Koers is a Sports Performance Coach with international experience in elite sport and senior corporate environments. Most recently Senior Performance Coach at Manchester United under Erik ten Hag, Rainier now works at the intersection of leadership development and organizational behavior, using the BrainCompass model to help leaders and teams build genuine self-knowledge and more effective collaboration.

Rainier brings a thorough, relational approach to his work. He builds trust with clients and creates the conditions in which difficult conversations become productive.

Within the 1for2 Community of Practice he actively contributes to shared learning and further development of the BrainCompass applications. His certification covers all four layers of the model: Genetic, Social, Personal and Professional Drivers.

Rainier applies the model in an integrated way, always connecting behavioral insight to the specific context and challenge of the organization. His work covers individual coaching, team effectiveness, and leadership programs.
